We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after 7 business days. However, if a customer changes their mind after the pre-processing period, we charge a 30-40% processing fee depending on the item and the duration from the date of order.
